Abstinence & Sensibility is the brainchild of Jo Staples (infamous musicologist) and Milk (The Mekano Set, Stray Dog City).
Based around improvisation, Jo and Milk use accordion, piano, baritone guitars and musical saw amongst other things.
They describe their music as 'pretendtious'.
